1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using the Vrat Sathi mobile application, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not install or use the application.
2. Permitted Use & Devotional Purpose
Vrat Sathi is provided for personal, non-commercial, devotional, and educational purposes. You agree to use the app in a respectful manner in alignment with its spiritual intent, including fasting guides, vrata katha recitations, and sacred rituals.
3. Content Attribution & Intellectual Property
All traditional stotrams, mantras, aartis, and vrata kathas are derived from sacred Sanatan scriptures and tradition and remain in the public domain. Application code, graphic designs, UI components, custom audio renditions, and brand assets are the intellectual property of Mahavyoma Studio.
4. Disclaimer of Warranty & Accuracy
The application and all content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. While we strive for 100% accuracy in tithi calculations, vrata katha text, and fasting rules across different regional traditions, Mahavyoma Studio shall not be held liable for minor regional variances or discrepancies.
