At Mahavyoma Studio, we are committed to safeguarding user privacy. The Shiv Charcha (शिव चर्चा - शिव गुरु साधना) mobile application is built as an offline-first devotional and spiritual utility. We do not collect, sell, or rent Personal Identifiable Information (PII) such as your name, phone number, contacts, or location.

2. On-Device Storage (AsyncStorage)

All your personal application data stays on your mobile device locally using client storage (AsyncStorage):

• Japa Counter Records: Total Om Namah Shivaya japa count, daily goals, and streaks.
• App Preferences: Selected theme (e.g. Mahakal, Bhasma, Kedarnath), audio volume settings, and bookmarks.
• Offline Audio & Content: Favorites, downloaded mantras, and reading progress.

3. Analytics & Ad Monetization (AdMob & Firebase)

To keep the application 100% free for all Shiv devotees, the app incorporates Google AdMob and Firebase Analytics SDKs. These standard Google SDKs may collect non-personally identifiable device identifiers (such as Android Advertising ID or IDFV) in accordance with Google Privacy Policy. We enforce strict ad placements to ensure no popup ads interrupt prayer or japa counting.

4. Children's Privacy

Shiv Charcha does not knowingly collect data from children under the age of 13. The application contains purely devotional content, prayers, mantras, and cultural literature suitable for all age groups.
